Do you charge a fee for commercial finance?
Yes. Unlike our mortgage and life insurance services, commercial finance does carry a fee. This is because it's arranged through our network of specialist partners rather than directly by us. Any fees for advice or arrangement will be fully disclosed by the partner you're connected with, at the point of providing advice and a quotation, so you'll know exactly what's involved before you commit to anything.
How does the partner referral work?
Once we've had a chat about your situation, we'll match you with the partner in our network best suited to your type of finance. They'll take things from there, walking you through the options and managing the application. We stay available if you need us, but the partner leads from that point.
How quickly can I get commercial finance?
It depends on the type of finance and your situation. Bridging finance can sometimes move in a matter of weeks, while commercial mortgages and development finance typically take longer. Your partner will give you a more accurate timeframe once they understand what you need.
Do you have access to specialist lenders?

What happens if the partner can't help?
If the partner we introduce you to isn't able to help, they may refer you on within their own network, or come back to us. We'd then look at whether there's another partner in our network that might be a better fit.
